About Gayle Berry

trainGayle Berry’s knowledge of the legislative process, and the inner workings of state government, coupled with her experience as a businesswoman and successful lobbyist gives the clients of G Berry Corp access to Colorado government not found in many public affairs firms.

During her eight year tenure in the legislature Gayle was a member of the powerful Joint Budget Committee, the House Appropriations Committee, and was chair of the House Transportation Committee. Gayle received more than thirty awards for her work as a legislator. She has been named to three state-wide commissions by three governors, both as a legislator and a lobbyist.

In the ten years since forming a lobbying firm, Gayle has represented interests as diverse as mineral extraction, higher education, energy, health care, hi-tec industry, tourism, and local government. Her relationships both with State decision makers and operations staff have proven invaluable for clients who provide services to the State. For clients whose interests have been impacted by proposed legislation, her relationships in the legislature and her knowledge of the legislative process have been second to none.

Prior to entering the legislature Gayle operated her own business. She understands the critical balance between a healthy, profitable business environment, and an effective, responsible, state government.

Until term-limited in 2004 she represented House District 55 in Grand Junction Colorado.
